Thank you for visiting our website. We are husband and wife, Angelo Patane and Cynthia Patane. We own and operate The Patane Law Firm, PLLC as a family business.
Angelo is in his 18th year of practice. Cynthia is in her 13th year. We help injury victims take on the insurance companies. For five years, Angelo worked on the "inside" as an attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in America. His job was to defend people and business that caused accidents. For over seven years, Cynthia was hired by large insurance companies to do the same.
Eventually, we tired of representing the interests of large corporations. We tired of seeing the insurance companies take advantage of good people to deny them what they deserve. And so, we left our comfortable paying jobs to go out on our own to help injury victims. In the years since, we have successfully helped many, good people.
What sets us apart are a few things:
First, our experience on "both sides of the fence" means that we have the tools and the knowledge to really work up injury claims. We understand how the insurance companies will defend claims, and we understand how to get over the hurdles that insurance companies erect to stop good people from getting what they deserve.
Second, we strive to establish excellent relationships with our clients. We understand that an injury claim or lawsuit may be new to our clients. Our job is to do all of the heavy lifting, while at the same time keeping our clients educated and informed about the legal process, legal system, and their case.
Third, we enjoy helping people and providing information. Since every case is different, and even the simplest of injury accidents can be quite complicated legally, we are happy to speak to potential clients about their situations.
